This is my second time staying here, by far my favorite hotel in Dallas. Jererica was so helpful over the phone with helping me with my reservation. Maria at the front desk was so friendly making sure I was good with my stay ever step of the way. Will definitely be back. Th es bake potato I had for dinner was excellent. They also had a live singer in the lobby.

Ms SHIVANI was very helpful and friendly. She went beyond her duty - places to go and she made us feel like home. We are traveling volleyball family and staying in a hotel was sometimes very frustrating. Ms SHIVANI’s unparrelled professionalism represent how HILTON management treat their employee.

The staff was super friendly and everything was great other than the room not being quite as clean as we prefer. With that being said, we’d stay again but we would be pickier with the cleanliness and switch rooms if needed. Overall, great stay.

Great experience!. Very kind people, the hotel is near to many places to visit, with a shuttle service to Gallerias. Excellent service and prices at restaurant. We had a great view at floor seventeen. Parking is good, and on rainy days you can take a tunnel under the street.

I was a bit concerned about this hotel given other reviews, but it was close to where my husband and I needed to be, it was just for one night, and the price was right. So I decided to go for it, and I'm glad I did! Service was friendly and efficient at the front desk. I able to add my Hilton Honors number at check-in, even though I had booked through a third party. They honored my Hilton Gold breakfast credit and handed us complimentary bottles of water. The room was nicely appointed, dark, and relatively quiet. So we slept well. The next morning, I worked from the lobby while I waited for my colleague to show up, and found it to be a pleasant environment. The lobby bathroom was well appointed and clean. Breakfast was served at a counter (if there was a sit-down option I didn't see it), but they offered a nice selection of breakfast sandwiches, baked items, yogurt and fruit. The prices were quite reasonable, and the attendant was very sweet. We were pleasantly surprised and would happily stay there again.
